Hawkins Pressure Cooker is actually superior. I had a "Prestige" earlier in which the washer broke and got misplaced. So, I bought this one particular. Prestige was leaking out water every time it whistled and created a mess of anything. Hawkins under no circumstances leaks, when it whistles. And it cooks every thing completely. So, it does what it is supposed to do damn well. And that is all that is required. The only factor about Hawkins that is a small bit of a predicament is opening the lid and closing it. It can often be frustratingly challenging to do that. But, this is just a minor trick that you have to get applied to. So, every little thing thought to be, this is a terrific pressure cooker.
This is not the initial Hawkins product that I have purchased but this one is rapid. The one particular feel that caught me by surprise was how the pressure works and the sound it tends to make in the course of cooking. I was not accustomed to hearing that so it scared me at initial simply because I thought it was going to blow the weight or gasket, as an alternative of a continual whistle it made brief burst of steam.
