First off, Very fast shipping. Ordered on Saturday and recieved on Tuesday. We do a fair bit of canning. About 200+ pints/quarts per year. This canner is an absolute piece of craftsmanship. Pretty heavy and effectively built with an impeccable finish. The wire racks could use a couple of extra rings for smaller sized pints and half pints but it is not a key situation. Good capacity which will make our canning considerably more quickly and much easier. The heavy cast aluminum tends to make sustaining an even temperature rather straightforward and I obtain I can use less gas to sustain the desired pressure compared to our old pressure canner. Quite correct weight and gauge tends to make finding the accurate pressure a breeze. If properly cared for and maintained I can see this canner lasting generations. Expensive but undoubtedly worth it for the significant residence canner. Advise highly.
Wow, two situations of fish in pint jars in one whack! Every thing works like a charm to produce top high-quality jarred fish. We really like the all american cuz it is heavy duty lasting quality and flawless construction. This is the last canner we will ever have to get. finish of story.
