Customer Critiques
Our first Deni went dead after one use. Deni customer service (Keystone Manufacturing) was outstanding though. Since it was a big heavy item, all they necessary was for the energy cord to be cut off and mailed back to them, at which point they sent out a brand new pressure cooker. Sadly, the 2nd a single arrived with the plastic base pretty much shattered, while there was no damage evident on the box. No problem! Client service sent another replacement out instantly with no questions. Regrettably (once again), the new unit died soon after only 2 or 3 utilizes (at least it lasted longer than the 1st a single!). So even though their buyer service appears wonderful, this specific pressure cooker seems to die fairly very easily (at least at greater altitude of the Rocky Mountain region). The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is due to the customer service.
I bought the deni 9780 8 quart pressure cooker and all 4 were lemons. I like the looks and the capabilities of the pressure cooker but they would only perform 1 or 2 instances and then it would die. This has got to be the worse pressure cooker on the market place. Finally i told the deni rep to give me my capital back that i consider just after 4 times that i really should have got a fantastic one particular. Dont waste your revenue on this lemon.
